2Pro Mod or (server helper) application

2- How old are you?: 18
3- Which time zone are you in? (Ex., EST/ PST): CST
4- How many hours a day can you play? Per Weekend?: weekdays at least 5 normally more. Weekends at least 8
5- Have you ever been a staff on any other Private servers (proof would be nice)?: Yes i have been mods on alot of servers. (Around 6)
6- If Yes , What is the name of the server(s)?: distinguishedx pk, dawnpkz ,and destortion are a few. Others were a few years ago.
Server's Are: Distinguished x is the only one still up
7- Do you have a good knowledge of staff commands? yes ::Jail ::unjail ::ban ::unban ::mute ::unmute ::xteleto ::kick ::checkbank (all with player name after them).
8- What do YOU think is the most important duty of being a Mod?: The single most import thing to me is to always help people. If you are the only mod on and a player needs help rite away you help them, no matter what (Had to leave a stake fight once to help a player.)
9- What is your character name on our server?: "2pro".
10- What makes you think you are qualified to be a Mod on ForgivenPk?: I have moded on many different servers and love helping people out.
11- Any other relevant information?: No.
12- Did you take your time on this?: Yes.
13-Why should you get Mod?: Because i am a very active player and always try to help out when possible.
14- How often will you contribute to forums?: When ever is possible.
15- Would you consider yourself a good moderator?: Yes.
