4- How many hours a day can you play? Per Weekend?: per day 6 hours. per weekend 24/7.
5- Have you ever been a staff on any other Private servers (proof would be nice)?:yes

8- What do YOU think is the most important duty of being a Mod?:to be in-game helping players and making sure that no one is abuseing glitches and not fighting(texting, verbal, etc.

10- What makes you think you are qualified to be a Mod on ForgivenPk?:i love the server,i love helping players and working with others
11- Any other relevant information?:no.
12- Did you take your time on this?:yes.
13-Why should you get Mod?:i think i would be great for the community.
