2- How old are you?:14, 15 in 2 months
3- Which time zone are you in? (Ex., EST/ PST): GMT
4- How many hours a day can you play? Per Weekend?: I can play around 2 hours at least per weekday, due to coursework, and obviously i'm putting college work before rsps. Weekends i can play the whole day, depends on what i am doing.
5- Have you ever been a staff on any other Private servers (proof would be nice)?: yes.
6- If Yes , What is the name of the server(s)?:

7- Do you have a good knowledge of staff commands? yes i do, as i have had allot of experience on a very popular server. i have also been put into hard situations but i have managed to handle them well.
8- What do YOU think is the most important duty of being a Mod?:I think the most important duty of being a moderator is to
make sure the server is in good shape, keep the community clean of any hackers and anyone who disrespects anyone else. Also i think the key is to not take instant action, you should give a very straight warning first.
9- What is your character name on our server?:Kairo
10- What makes you think you are qualified to be a Mod on ForgivenPk?:I think am qualified to be a mod on ForgivenPk, due to being very experience, knowing what to do in difficult situations, but as well as that, i am a friendly person.

12- Did you take your time on this?: Yes, this took me around 10 minutes
13-Why should you get Mod?:Because i am very experienced, friendly and i would do whatever i could to help someone.
14- How often will you contribute to forums?: I will contribute to the forums daily, and forward any major problems to an admin who can sort it out. I will also give responses to anything i feel i have an opinion to.
15- Would you consider yourself a good moderator?: yes, I definatley would consider myself a good moderator.
